You can hide your email address, phone numbers, or city at any time. You can also leave the directory entirely.\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <p>To change what's shown, log in and open <strong>My Profile<\/strong>. In the <strong>Member Directory<\/strong> section you can choose whether you're listed at all, and whether to show your email address, phone numbers, and city. Changes take effect immediately.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The Member Directory is <strong>not public<\/strong>. Only logged-in members whose membership is approved and current can see it. Pending applicants, expired members, and visitors cannot.<\/p>\r\n    <p>The Membership Coordinator and site administrators can see full member records in order to manage the roster, regardless of directory settings.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"content-section\" id=\"thirdparty\">\r\n    <h2 class=\"section-heading\">Third-Party Services<\/h2>\r\n    <p>This site uses a small number of third-party services to provide certain features:<\/p>\r\n    <ul>\r\n      <li><strong>Google Calendar<\/strong> \u2014 our calendar page displays upcoming club events from a public Google Calendar. This does not involve sending any of your personal information to Google.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>Our web hosting provider<\/strong> \u2014 like any website, ours runs on a hosting server that may log basic technical\/security information as described above.<\/li>\r\n      <li><strong>PayPal<\/strong> \u2014 members may pay dues by PayPal (Friends &amp; Family) to the club Treasurer. Payments are handled entirely by PayPal under <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/us\/legalhub\/privacy-full\" target=\"_blank\">PayPal's privacy statement<\/a>; the club records only the date, amount, and that the payment was made by PayPal.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n    <p>Dues can also be paid in person at a meeting or by check through the mail. This website does not take payments itself, and we never receive or store payment card or bank details.<\/p>\r\n    <p>We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell visitor data to data brokers.<\/p>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n\r\n  <div class=\"content-section\" id=\"cookies\">\r\n    <h2 class=\"section-heading\">Cookies<\/h2>\r\n    <p>If you leave a comment on one of our posts, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in a cookie so you don't have to re-enter them next time. These cookies last one year.<\/p>\r\n    <p>If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie is set to check whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.<\/p>\r\n    <p>When you log in, we also set cookies to keep you signed in and remember your display choices.
