I have put together a schedule of BARC Operating Events for 2024 for your planning purposes (see attached). Our first event will be the ARRL North American QSO Party on Saturday, January 20, at the clubhouse. Contests are a great opportunity for new members or new hams to get acquainted with the BARC radio stations and working on HF. I will send out more information as we approach the date.
BARC is great because of its members! Be sure to join us at as many events as you can, especially our June Field Day which is the largest BARC operating/social event of the year. There are always members willing to sit down with new operators and show them how it’s done.
