Our Vision: A Collaborative Approach
The goal for 2026 is to make these sessions valuable for everyone, from newly licensed Technicians to seasoned operators. We aren’t just looking for “lectures”; we are building a hands-on environment where we can learn from one another.
The Game Plan
• Kickoff – Core Fundamentals: We will start with a “Common Baseline”.
• Flexible Pacing: Some projects may span multiple nights or evolve into small-group weekend sessions for those wanting to do permanent soldering.
