The Bellbrook Amateur Radio Club will be sponsoring entry-level Technician License Classes beginning Sunday, September 22, 2024, and running for 9 weeks every Sunday evening through November 17 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. There is no charge for the class and Morse Code is no longer required to obtain any amateur radio license. No experience is required and there is no minimum age required to earn a Technician class license. The classes will be held at the Bellbrook Amateur Radio Clubhouse at 51 South East Street in Bellbrook, OH 45305. Enter on the south side of the old school building. The clubhouse is down the stairs and first door on the right. Parking is in the back.
An Amateur Radio License Exam session will be held following the classes on Sunday, November 24, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. The license exams will be held at the Lofino Plaza Conference Room, 3868 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432.
